There are Times and Seasons in God when significant shifts take place and we find ourselves being aligned with His purposes in remarkable ways. It’s a lot like what happens when the correct combination is dialed into the Bank Vault lock, with the entry of the final number a chain reaction takes place and all at once, every bolt is retracted and the door opens. Lorna and I feel that this is one of those times!
In 1998 we experienced a significant move of God while ministering at a Church in San Jose, CA where meetings continued for a number of weeks. During that series of meetings, God gave us a powerful Vision and Prophetic Word concerning the beginnings of a move of the Spirit in Northern California. The Lord showed us the Northern part of the State overlaid with Silver Olympic Rings – signifying that this movement would be marked by purity (silver) and would be focused on releasing many to “run their race” in God. Over the last 10-12 years we have witnessed the Lord develop that very thing out of Bethel Church in Redding – which significantly started their Ministry Training School in 1998, and now has over 1200 students!
God has spoken to us numerous times since then about Northern California, but there has been a definite shift in recent years to Southern California. God is getting ready to sweep us into Southern California and fulfill prophetic promises given over many years!
Just recently God spoke to me while on a flight from California about the coming move of God in the Los Angeles area. It is one of the most significant encounters I have received for many years and with the word there has come a sense of urgency to move to Southern California in the next months in preparation for what God wants to do.
God is getting ready to release a hurricane force wind of the Spirit in the region and understanding and promises that God has given over many years will be fulfilled.
Some years ago, God gave us a specific vision for the establishment of an ACTS Center – a regional Ministry, built to facilitate all that God is saying to this generation, a Community of Faith, Worship, Ministry and Prayer. A Community built around the Word and the Spirit, a 21st Century expression of the 1st Century Church in Acts. We believe the time for that Church to emerge ……… is now!

The Hall of Letters is situated next to the Main Administration Building on the University Campus. Ample nearby parking areas are shown on the map above requiring a short walk. These parking areas are accessed via either E. Colton Avenue or University Street.
If you are unfamiliar with the area and coming along Interstate 10
From the WEST (Colton, Riverside, Rancho)
EXIT at UNIVERSITY STREET and turn LEFT under the freeway. The University parking entrance is a short distance beyond SYLVAN BLVD on the right.
From the EAST (Yucaipa, Palm Springs)
Take EXIT 80 (Cypress / Citrus) go over Cypress then turn LEFT on CITRUS then RIGHT on UNIVERSITY. The University parking entrance is a short distance beyond SYLVAN BLVD on the right.
